Is Anjizk a government body or a paperwork agent (mu'aqqib)?
No. Anjizk is an independent platform for completing Najiz services online: we prepare the requirements, submit the request online and send you its number, wherever you are, with no need to visit any office.
Do you serve all regions of Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We serve clients in all regions of Saudi Arabia remotely. Justice services are provided online, so you do not need to visit any office or authority.
Is Anjizk a government body or part of the Ministry of Justice?
No. Anjizk is an independent e-services helper. It is not part of the Ministry of Justice or the Najiz platform, and it does not represent any government body.
Do you write the objection or the statement of claim?
No. Our role is procedural and technical: submitting the request online and checking that all attachments are complete. The text of the objection, claim or memorandum is prepared by the applicant or their licensed lawyer.
Do you give legal advice or represent clients in cases?
No. If you need advice or representation in court, we recommend a licensed lawyer, and we can add them to your case through our add-a-representative service.
Do you ask for my account password?
We never ask for your password. Government platforms are accessed through Nafath (National Single Sign-On), with your approval every time.
How do I pay?
After reviewing your request, we send you a quote and a secure online payment link (mada, credit card or Apple Pay). We do not start until you accept the price.
How long does a request take?
Each service page shows the estimated time. The final time depends on completing the requirements and on the procedures of the relevant authority.
