Privacy policy

Data we collect#

• The request data you enter in the request form: the service, the request description, your name, mobile number and city. This data is not stored on the website. It goes into a WhatsApp message that you open and send yourself.
• A draft of the form is saved temporarily in your browser (sessionStorage) so it is not lost if you refresh the page. It is deleted after sending or when you close the browser.
• Data from the «Message us» form on the contact page: message type, name, mobile number, email if you enter it, and the message. It is sent directly to our email info@anjizk.com so we can reply to you, and is not stored on the website.
• Documents you send via WhatsApp after contacting us. We use them only to carry out your request.

Analytics tools and cookies#

We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the website is used and to improve it. These tools only run after you agree through the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time from the Cookie settings. Request form fields are hidden in Clarity recordings.

We also use Cloudflare aggregated statistics, which do not rely on cookies and store nothing on your device.

Passwords and access to platforms#

We never ask for your password. Any access to government platforms is made through Nafath (National Single Sign-On), with your approval each time.

Data sharing#

We do not sell or share your data with anyone, except the relevant government authority as far as needed to carry out your request.

Retention period#

We keep the documents and messages related to your request while it is being carried out, and for the period required by law after it is complete, then we delete them.

Your rights#

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time through the contact page, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law.
