File your case before the General Secretariat of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Committees through the Hiyad portal, after ZATCA rejects your grievance.

Requirements
- Your ZATCA grievance number and its result
- Statement of claim and its grounds, prepared by you, your accountant or your lawyer
The text of the request or memorandum is prepared by the applicant or their licensed lawyer. Anjizk only handles the online submission and checks that the attachments are complete.
This request is bound by a statutory deadline, so we advise you to send it early with its documents so it gets priority in review and submission.
